A plasma display device is provided to decrease a false contour noise by dispersing a grayness weighting of a specific sub-field into adjacent sub-fields. A plasma display device includes a PDP(Plasma Display Panel)(100) and a driving unit(110) which represents a grayness of an image using plural image frames containing plural sub-fields. The image frame includes first to third image frames. A sum of grayness weights of on-sub-fields of a first image frame is a first grayness. A sum of grayness weights of on-sub-fields of a second image frame is a second grayness greater than the first grayness. A sum of grayness weights of on-sub-fields of a third image frame is a third grayness greater than the second grayness. A first number of sub-fields are allocated from a first sub-field to the last on-sub-field within the first image frame. A second number of sub-fields are allocated from a first sub-field to the last on-sub-field within the second image frame. A third number of sub-fields are allocated from a first sub-field to the last on-sub-field within the third image frame. The third number is greater than the second number greater than the first number.
