A power supply device of a GPS(Global Positioning System) for surveying is provided to solve a power supply problem of the GPS when a survey is performed for a long time by supplying a power to the GPS in a non-power supply region. A power supply device of a GPS for surveying comprises a solar cell module unit, a controller(40) and a power supply unit(50). The solar cell module unit includes a sub frame(22), a base frame(23), and an angle adjustment unit(30). A solar cell module is installed on the sub frame. A side of the sub frame is rotatably installed on the base frame. The angle adjustment unit adjusts an angle of the sub frame for the base frame. The controller controls electricity generated from the solar cell module unit. A charge unit is connected to the controller and charges the generated electricity to a rechargeable battery. The power supply unit is connected to the controller and supplies a power to the GPS.
