<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process which can stably produce a flexible polyurethane foam which excels in low resilience without using a plasticizer, excels in durability, reduces the change in hardness for the change in temperature, and has air permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing a flexible polyurethane foam comprises a step of mixing a polyol mixture containing a polyol (A) obtained by ring opening addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide to an initiator with the use of a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst and having an average number of hydroxy groups of 2-3 and a hydroxyl number of 10-90 mgKOH/g and a polyol (B) having an average number of hydroxy groups of 2-3 and a hydroxyl number of 15-250 mgKOH/g with a polyisocyanate compound at an isocyanate index of not less than 90 in the presence of a urethanization catalyst, a blowing agent, and a foam stabilizer and a step of initiating blowing of an inert gas into the resulting mixture 2-15 minutes after the mixing to blow the inert gas for not less than two minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
