<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system suitable for reproducing digital content to be transmitted from a digital media server according to the environment of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The speaker system 1 is provided with: a reception part 11 for receiving an audio signal to be transmitted in predetermined signal configurations from the outside; an amplifier 12 for amplifying the signal level of an audio signal received by the reception part 11; speakers 3 to 6 for reproducing the audio signal amplified by the amplifier 12; a power supply terminal 9 which can be connected to a power supply terminal for illumination installed in a ceiling; and at least a cable 8 by which the speaker system is clamped on the ceiling in such a status that the sound emission faces of the speakers 3 to 6 are isolated from the ceiling. This speaker system is arranged so that the sound emission faces of the speakers 3 to 6 can be faced to an almost oblique ceiling direction when this speaker system is clamped on the ceiling by the cable 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
