PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor paste in which phosphor particles are uniformly and stably dispersed, in which the variation of viscosity with time is small, and which gives a phosphor layer formed after baking exhibiting small chromaticity change. SOLUTION: The phosphor paste contains the phosphor particles, a binder resin and a primary or secondary amine compound having a hydroxy group and/or an alkoxy group, and having a molecular weight of≤300, further containing an organic solvent.
