PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-absorbing adhesive which improves the visibility of display screens, and to provide an impact-absorbing adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: This impact-absorbing adhesive of the present invention comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, wherein the content of diesters in the monomer composition is≤0.07%.
