<p>A railway jaw-type rail brake is lifted and lowered by a hydraulic assembly with a swing bearing to allow passage of a locomotive. The swing-bearing has a balancing swing with a central tilt point and an operating mechanism. The balancing swing has a link joint with lift/lower jack each side of the central tilt point.</p> |
