A functional Hizikia fusiformis gruel containing Hizikia fusiformis and mixed natural products is provided to produce nutritional gruel having good taste and chewing property by using Hizikia fusiformis rich in dietary fiber and various minerals, rice, natural products such as Theae folium, and a natural seasoning. A functional Hizikia fusiformis gruel containing Hizikia fusiformis and mixed natural products comprises: Hizikia fusiformis; rice; a hydrothermal extract of mixed natural products consisting of Theae folium, Acanthopanacis cortex, Schizandrae fructus, and Astragali radix; and a natural seasoning including oyster, anchovy, salt, sesame oil, beefsteak plant, ginger, and shrimp. The Hizikia fusiformis is added at a level of 10~30g per 100g of rice. The Theae folium, Acanthopanacis cortex, Schizandrae fructus, and Astragali radix are mixed in a ratio of 1:0.1:0.9:1. The functional gruel comprises 3~50wt% of the mixed natural products, based on the total weight of a natural product gravy composition.
