摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicular drive system, which reduces a first electric motor in size while suppressing a reduction in the performance of the first electric motor and an engagement device when actuating both first electric motor and engagement device to cause a differential part to function as an electric differential gear. <P>SOLUTION: When the control device causes the differential part 11 to function as an electric differential gear, a torque assignment ratio changing means 82 changes a torque assignment ratio R<SB>T</SB>between a first electric motor reaction torque T<SB>M1</SB>and an engagement device reaction torque T<SB>K</SB>according to a requested reaction power P<SB>S1</SB>, and then the engagement device K0 can receive reaction to an engine torque T<SB>E</SB>anytime to reduce the degree of dependence on the first electric motor M1 for receiving the reaction. The engagement device K0 and first electric motor M1 distribute a heat load to reduce the heat generation of the engagement device K0.
