<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and packaging machine by the further improvement of conventional technology which keeps a film favorably sealed and improves productivity by facilitating setup changing work and realizes excellent heat sealing during high-speed filling and further prevent the deterioration or the like of contents. <P>SOLUTION: A type data input means inputs type data about a packaging film and a filler, a storage means stores a predetermined calculation expression for determining the production conditions of a packaging bag, and a control means determines the production condition data of the packaging bag by the calculation expression from the type data inputted by the type data input means. In addition the entire arc-shaped surfaces or the center areas of the blade width of both heat seal blades 24 of a pair of lateral seal rolls 7a in a roll circumference are made to be an uneven rough surface 25, the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the uneven rough surface 25 is determined as 0.5-5.0 μm and the maximum height Ry thereof is determined as 1.0-30 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
