PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by reducing the weight of a pedestal itself, to shorten a foundation installment process, and to facilitate the fixing work of an object to a foundation. SOLUTION: The assembling type pedestal K of precast concrete for placing the object P having a plurality of mounting parts 6 on the bottom comprises a first block 1 arranged in the middle, a second block 2 and a third block 3 arranged on both sides of the first block, respectively, and connecting means 5 for joining and connecting side faces of the blocks. The connecting means 5 include an insertion metal piece 13 with a screw hole 13a which is buried in each of both side faces of the first block, bolt holes 23, 33 piercing both side faces of the second block and the third block, respectively, and a connecting bolt 51 inserted into each of the bolt holes and screwed into the screw hole of the insertion metal piece.
