PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a water-soluble antislipping agent composition that imparts an excellent non-slip properties to a floor, and prevents an inorganic flooring from discoloring, while maintaining a suitable frictional coefficient. SOLUTION: The water-soluble antislipping agent composition, which is used for relieving slipperiness of the surface of an inorganic flooring such as a tile and marble that are used as finishing materials for the wall surface and flooring surface at a bath room, public bathhouse, sauna, pool and so on, and which comprises ammonium bifluoride as a principal component, and is characterized in that the water-soluble antislipping agent composition further contains ammonium hydroxide (NH<SB>4</SB>OH) as a reaction regulator.
