PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition for electric wire uses without deteriorating insulation resistance values during immersion in alkaline water and causing no bloom during immersion in water. SOLUTION: The non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition is obtained by using magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. In the non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition, an amide-based lubricant is added to a system prepared by adding two or more kinds of composite metal hydrates selected from magnesium, calcium, aluminum, copper and iron composed in an amount of 0.05-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin or rubber.
