PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for an inner liner which can improve the air permeation resistance, heat build-up and processability while shortening the vulcanization time of a tire. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for inner liner contains, based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component consisting of 30-60 wt.% of a butyl rubber, 20-50 wt.% of a natural rubber and/or an isoprene rubber and 10-40 wt.% of a butadiene rubber, 10-50 pts.wt. of mica having an average particle size of 40-100μm, 10-35 pts.wt. of carbon black and/or silica and 5-20 pts.wt. of a filler having an average particle size of 0.5-20μm, wherein the total content of the carbon black, silica and the filler is 30-55 pts.wt.
