PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing agent capable of imparting water repellency and a high waterproofing performance to surfaces of building materials such as concrete when applied to the surfaces of the building materials. SOLUTION: The waterproofing agent is obtained by compounding at least one inorganic filler chosen from a silica filler, an alumina filler, a silica-alumina filler and a zeolite filler with an aqueous silane/siloxane emulsion.
