PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiperspirant deodorant spray composition having both excellent effects for preventing a white residue, and skin feeling, and especially allowing powdery feeling to continue. SOLUTION: The antiperspirant deodorant spray composition contains (A) an antiperspirant salt and/or a sterilizer, (B) a hydrophobic spherical powder selected from silicone powders, (C) a polyether-modified silicone, (D) an oil liquid at 25°C (with the proviso that the component (C) is excluded), and (E) a propellant, wherein the mass ratio of the contained component (B) to (C) is (200:1) to (10:1), and is free from water.
