PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for restoring hair excessively reduced by a reducing agent to the hair of optimum soft state. SOLUTION: The composition for hair-treatment is applied to the hair treated with the first agent composition for redressing frizzled hair compounded with at least one kind of reducing agent.
