PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the measuring errors by suppressing side the surface wobbling of a disk 2 and the error of received light output from a light-receiving element. SOLUTION: The inside of a disk mounting stand 27 is sharpened, leaving the rim of the surface of its upper part to form a reference surface 27a. The inside of a disk fixing member 28 is sharpened, leaving the rim of the surface parallel with the reference surface 27a under it, thereby forming a pressing surface 28a facing the reference surface 27a. Thus, the disk 19 is sandwiched between the reference surface 27a and pressing surface 28a that face each other, so that the influence of the variation of surface accuracy of the reference surface 27a and pressing surface 28a, as compared with the case where the disk 19 is sandwiched in between the whole surface of the disk mounting stand 27 and the whole surface of the disk fixing member 28, and the inspection accuracy of the electrical characteristics can be improved.
