PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for mounting parts which reduces the load on a worker, by controlling a camera by a computer to simplify the inspection of mounting part and improves the work of finding out the flaws. SOLUTION: A personal computer is programmed so as to image the individual part of a mounting board, by controlling the camera and the mounting part of a non defective board is stored in a video memory. When the mounting part of an inspection board is imaged by the camera to output the photographed image (live image P2) to a monitor, the photographed image of the same part of the stored non defective board is displayed adjacently (sample image P1). A part data list P3 imaged at the same time is displayed, while the determination button of approval/non approval is provided on the monitor and the determined result of the individual part is stored in the personal computer.
