PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color vision conversion system which provides an image easy for a person with color-vision deficiency to distinguish by shifting a hue (spectrum of light) by the pixel unit of the image. SOLUTION: The color vision conversion system, which is a color vision barrier free system for the person with color-vision deficiency whose at least one function of an S-cone, an M-cone and an L-cone being cells forming the retina is lowered or lost, is equipped with: a hue detection processing part which detects the hue (spectrum of visible light) of each pixel in the image utilized by the person with color-vision deficiency; and a hue shift processing part which shifts the hue of each pixel based on hue information of each pixel detected by the hue detection processing part.
