PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool and a fixing structure of a product each capable of suppressing an increase of man-hour before transportation and an increase of weight, achieving a decrease of a packaging cost and a saving of resources by a simple structure, and firmly exactly fixing the product by fixing the product in a plane shape. SOLUTION: The fixing tool can fix the product 2 housed in a box pallet 3 having a bottom wall 13 and a circumferential wall 14 standing on the bottom wall 13. The fixing tool has a bag body 4 which has a connecting member 5 attachably removably connected to the box pallet 3 and at least one air injection opening 6 to fix the product 2 by a tension given to the connecting member 5 by air injected from the air injection opening 6.
