PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain the regeneration accelerating effect of a skin barrier function. SOLUTION: A beauty instrument is equipped with a first conductor brought close to the skin surface of a human body through biocompatible particulates, a second conductor with which a part of the human body is brought into contact, and an application means for applying positive charges to the biocompatible particulates through the first conductor and applying negative charges to the human body touching the second conductor through the second conductor. The application means electrodeposits the biocompatible particulates charged to the anode by applying the positive charges to the skin surface of the human body charged to the cathode by applying the negative charges by a potential difference generated between the second conductor and the first conductor through the human body touching the second conductor.
