PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine constituted so that the air path of hot air is formed in a simple structure and sealability is sufficiently secured by forming a part of a water tub cover and an inner lid themselves in a hot air duct in the case of discharging the hot air from the center of the inner lid into a washing and dewatering tub. SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine is constituted so that a water tub is freely swingably hung inside an outer box, the washing and dewatering tub with agitation blades disposed at the bottom part is disposed inside the water tub, a clothes feeding port formed on the water tub cover of the water tub is covered with the inner lid so as to be freely opened and closed, and the hot air is blown off from the center of the inner lid into the washing and dewatering tub. In the washing and drying machine, wherein a part of the inner lid 5 is allowed to have a dual structure to be formed in the hot air duct 11, a part of the water tub cover 4 is also allowed to have the dual structure to be formed in the hot air duct 8, both hot air ducts 11 and 8 are communicated to form the air path of the hot air, and a hot air blow-off port 13 provided on the lower center of the inner lid 5 is provided with ribs 14 for regulating the blow-off direction of the hot air.
