CARBONATED BEVERAGE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING CARBONATED BEVERAGE
摘要
It is intended to improve the problems characteristic to a carbonated beverage containing an intense sweetener such as strongly sweet after taste, insufficient taste of fullness and weak preceding sweetness. By adding lysine hydrochloride and/or low molecular weight agar in a definite amount, it becomes possible to suppress the strongly sweet after taste, enhance the taste of fullness and strengthen the preceding sweetness.
