The strip (1) has two contact units with a contact for connecting wires or cables and another contact for contacting a printed circuit board. The contacts are aligned towards upper and lower sides (3, 4) of a housing (2), respectively. A fin (8) is arranged on the lower side of the housing so that a trench (9) is formed between the former contact and the fin. The contact units are formed with a bracket that is positioned above the latter contact, aligned towards the upper side of the housing and arranged below the trench. Plastic pins are provided parallel to the latter contact.
