A remote mobile control system of a parking vehicle and a method are provided to improve the mobility by installing a BCM(Body Control Module) for computing pulse value according to the input anticipatory moving distance. A remote mobile control system of a parking vehicle comprises a remote control unit(70), a wheel speed sensor(40), a BCM(30), and an auxiliary control device(60). The remote control unit transmits anticipatory moving distance from a parking mode of the parking vehicle to the BCM in remote distance, or cancellation command to the BCM in remote distance in case a parking brake is locked. The wheel speed sensor inputs pulse value generated during rotating a wheel when the parking vehicle moves to the BCM. The BCM computes the pulse value according to the input anticipatory moving distance by controlling cancel or lock of the parking brake, and controls lock of the parking brake in case the computed pulse value and the counted pulse value are the same. The auxiliary control device locks or cancels the parking brake by controlling the BCM.
