An outside handle assembly of a door for a vehicle is provided to ensure mounting stability by allowing a gooseneck hinge to be integrally formed with a handle section. An outside handle assembly of a door for a vehicle comprises a handle section(50) rotating in the outer direction of the door, and a base section(60). A door latch assembly controls the locking state of the door. A hinge bracket section(40) is connected with the door latch assembly through a latch rod. The hinge bracket section is mounted at the base section. A gooseneck hinge is integrally formed with the handle section while being bent in the inward direction of the door by a certain length. The hinge bracket section comprises a flange section mounted at the base section, a seating section, a housing section and a latch rod connection lever. The seating section is bent from one side of the flange section by a certain length.
