<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing-absorbing panel which has a large pressure reducing-absorbing capacity, and performs a smooth pressure reducing-absorbing motion with a good appearance by obtaining a smooth and uniform reverse curved deformation of the pressure reducing-absorbing panel. <P>SOLUTION: Panel walls 7 of the vertically long pressure reducing-absorbing panels 5 which is recessed in the body section 4 is constituted of one curved and swollen protruding wall section, the other curved and sunk recessed wall section, and a boundary wall section of a tilted wall structure which connects the recessed wall section with the protruding wall section.
