<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that enables developing processing by a dilute aqueous alkaline solution with high shape accuracy, and that can form an optical waveguide having superior transmission characteristics even under high temperature and high humidity conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) a polymer having 5-40 mol% of an isocyanate adduct of radical polymerizable compound with a hydroxyl group, 30-90 mol% of a radical polymerizable compound for controlling mechanical characteristics and refractive indexes, and 5-30 mol% of a radical polymerizable compound with a carboxyl group; (B) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group of one or more in a molecule and a molecular weight of not more than 1,000; and (C) a photoradical polymerization initiator.
