<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed-magnetic-circuit coil and a manufacturing method thereof which has a low height and a low price, and can deal with a large current. <P>SOLUTION: In the closed-magnetic-circuit coil, a composite magnetic material and a previously wound air-core coil are injected together into a mold 1 or an outer-hull case to form a toroidal, elliptic, or rectangular core-coil. The coil is constituted out of a winding coil and a core comprising the composite magnetic material of mixing a magnetic powder with a non-magnetic resin, when representing the volume of the composite magnetic material as 100 vol.%, the magnetic powder falling within the scope not smaller than 60 vol.% and not larger than 83 vol.% is mixed with the non-magnetic resin and the resultant is cured to form the closed-magnetic-circuit coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
