<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work analysis method and device, which accurately detects the futile state of work by specifying a futility factor causing the delay or hindrance of work, out of a plurality of state values. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A plurality of observation data acquired by at least one of a plurality of acquiring means is converted into a plurality of state values corresponding to the plurality of observation data every predetermined time, (b) the plurality of state values obtained at the same time, identification information of an observation object corresponding to each state value, and record data including the time at which the plurality of state values are obtained, are stored in a first storage means, (c) the plurality of state values in the record data of a futile state and a normal state out of the plurality of record data in time series stored in a first storage means, are compared to detect the state value of the futility factor, and (d) the state value of the futility factor stored in a second storage means is detected out of the plurality of state values obtained at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
