<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device capable of improving the energy efficiency of the heat treatment device including a thermo-electric module constituted of a plurality of thermo-electric element. <P>SOLUTION: This heat treatment device 1 having a heat source 3 includes: a reflecting part 20 reflecting at least part of radiation rays L from the heat source 3; and the thermo-electric module 9 for converting heat generated when the reflecting part 20 absorbs a part of the radiation rays L to electric power.
