<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance communication efficiency by a loop antenna in an optical disk having the loop antenna and an IC chip. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk has the loop antenna 3 and the IC chip 4 performing non-contact communication via the loop antenna 3. The loop antenna 3 is provided so as to enclose the hole 10 of the center of the optical disk. A first conductive layer 5 is provided so as to imperfectly enclose the hole 10 by being partially omitted and rounded on the periphery of the hole 10.
