<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having high permeability and workability. <P>SOLUTION: When manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by performing the final finish annealing so as not to generate a ceramic coating film on a surface with a steel slab containing ≤0.02% C and 1.0-5.0% Si and having the inhibitor-less composition as a base material, the cumulative draft when the surface temperature of the steel sheet during the hot rolling is ≥950°C is ≥75% and the cumulative draft when the surface temperature of the steel sheet is ≥1,050°C is ≥20%.
