<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an effective power from excessively dropping, in a system in which a plurality of distributed power supplies are linked to a power distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage rising suppressing device that controls electric power so that an invalid power is increased, or a valid power and/or invalid power is reduced, based on the voltage measured at a connection point between a power distribution system and a specified distributed power supply, as well as the operation power factor of the electric power transmitted from the specified distributed power supply to a power distribution system, relating to an inverse conversion device of a specified distributed power supply that is linked to a power distribution system linked to a plurality of distributed power supplies. Whether such condition is met or not is judged as a voltage is less than an upper limit value and exceeds a threshold value, with a specified threshold value that is less than the upper limit value of a voltage held, while the operation power factor of the electric power does not fall beyond a lower limit value.
