<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with useful information for the user concerning maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A navigation device 4 stores a maintenance result received from a maintenance information management device 2 through a cellphone 3 and monitors mileage and elapsed time, and notifies to the effect that maintenance is required for a vehicle when the mileage and elapsed time reaches the specified distance and specified time suitable for parts replacement.
