PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying bag for refuge, which keeps necessary emergency supplies housed, which can be easily carried out even in a disaster, and which is convenient because it can be easily converted into a simplified tent in an evacuation space. SOLUTION: This carrying bag for refuge comprises: a storage container 1 in which the emergency supplies 6 such as a generator 40, a capacitor 41 and a portable toilet 5, are housed for use in the disaster, and which includes a wheel 9 so as to be movable; and a tent body 3 which is provided integrally with the storage container 1, and which is developed so that the simplified tent 2 can be assembled. The storage container 1 is framed by using a frame member 14 expandable/contractible in a three-dimensional direction. The frame member 14 is three-dimensionally expanded, and covered by providing the tent body 3 in a tensioned state, so that the simplified tent 2 can be formed. Additionally, outer peripheral walls 7a-7e of the storage container 1 are split, folded in upper and lower portions, and framed; and an upper lid 45 of the storage container 1 is fitted so that the portable toilet 5 can be formed.
