PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in rise/fall time depending upon states of peripheral output terminals. SOLUTION: When a current source 101 turns off and a current source 102 turns on, currents flowing to input transistors 103 and 104 forming a current mirror structure are ceased. A constant current, therefore, flows between the gate of an output transistor 105p and the current source 102 until the gate voltage of the output transistor 105p varies almost to a second potential. When the slew rate i/CL of a voltage Vout regulated by the current capability (i) of the output transistor 105p and load capacity CL is larger than the slew rate I/C of a voltage Vo regulated by the constant current I and the gate-drain capacity C of the output transistor 105p, the drain voltage Vout of the output transistor 105p varies with variation (slew rate I/C) of the gate voltage Vo.
