PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wristwatch capable of promoting a narrow bezel of the watch, without impairing the interchangeability of packing between the bezel and the trunk and the selectivity of the fixing means of the glass. SOLUTION: A wristwatch movement 14 fixed with a dial plate 16 is housed in a trunk 22 of an outer case 21, a protruding 23 forming a fitting hole 24 is provided in the inside of the trunk 22. An annular bezel 35, placed on the surface of the trunk 22 and fixed with a glass 32, is provided with a cylindrical fitting part 36 fitted to a fitting hole 24 and a dial plate covering part 37 for covering the surface of circular surface of the dial plate 16 are provided. The annular seal packing 26, made of an elastic material, is arranged outside the fitting hole 24 and is held between the bezel member 35 and the trunk 22. A plurality of threaded holes 38 are formed around the internal protruding part 23 and the fitting part 36 so that the projection region toward the rear face of seal packing 26 includes a part of each threaded hole 38. A combining members 39 of threaded-rod type are removably screwed into each threaded hole 38, from the rear side of the internal protruding part 23 and fitting part 36 and holds the bezel member 35 to the trunk 22.
