PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an user from feeling hotter or colder than a set temperature by stabilizing temperature adjustment by a temperature adjusting device. SOLUTION: A blower fan 5 is rotated so that the air of low temperature is introduced into a heat generating unit 1 from the external of the heat generating unit 1 through an air inlet 14 of a supporting frame 7, heated by the heat generating heaters 4, 4, applied to a reflection plate 13, and distributed to the external of the heat generating unit 1 from an air distribution slit of a protective cover 10 along a reflecting face of the reflection plate 13 through a clearance between the reflection plate 13 and a mounting base 9, a plurality of radiation holes 12 of the reflection plate 13 and the like. The air passing through an air outlet 7D formed on one of mounting wall portions 7C of the supporting frame 7 is directly brought into contact with a temperature sensor 24 projecting from an opening portion of a side face 20A of a main body case 20 to detect an atmospheric temperature in an electric KOTATSU heater.
