The use of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein R¹, R^a, R⁸, R², R³ and R⁴ are as defined in the specification, in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of C-C chemokine mediated conditions. Novel compounds of formula (I) and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are also described and claimed.
