Preparation of a pneumatic tire with radial-sealing coat arranged within the inner-liner of the tire, comprises applying at least an organic solvent-free aqueous dispersion containing at least 1-99 wt.% of aqueous latex of at least a rubber, 0.01-30 wt.% of aqueous dispersion of at least an adhesive resin and 0.01-20 wt.% of fillers, on the inner-liner of the finished pneumatic tire and evaporating the water under impact of heat, and forming the sealing coat. An independent claim is included for the pneumatic tire with radial-sealing coat obtained by the above method.
