A wrapper for protecting fruit and a wrapping apparatus having the wrapper are provided to reduce work force and time by automatically packing the fruit growing on a fruit tree. A wrapper for protecting fruit comprises: an opening with a string, an inner space, a side part, and a flat bottom part, wherein the string has a tightening device at the end part. A wrapping apparatus(100) having the wrapper comprises: a main body(110) which extends lengthwise; and a tightening unit(130) which is placed on the top of the main body and tightens a string when the fruit is put in the wrapper. The tightening unit comprises: a rotary body(131) which is installed on the top of the main body; a hook member(132) which is placed at one side of the rotary body and has a hook groove; and a stopper which is placed in the rotation path of the hook member and has a blade at the part facing the hook groove.
