<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a single-chip semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with a mask ROM in a short time period. <P>SOLUTION: In a state of a first semiconductor integrated circuit device (20) on which a first semiconductor integrated circuit substrate (10) having a first mask ROM (11) and a programmable ROM (15) are mounted, the final program, which is determined by using the programmable ROM (15), is stored in the second mask ROM of a second semiconductor integrated circuit substrate, which is substantially the same in composition as the first semiconductor integrated circuit substrate (10), to manufacture a second semiconductor integrated circuit device as the final product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
