<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a current-collecting plate integrated on a flow channel plate. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes steps which are, to provide a current-collecting layer with corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation, to coat a shield film on a first surface of the current-collecting layer, to plate a conductive layer on a second surface of the current-collecting layer, to coat a sensitization dry film for defining the shape and the dimension of the current-collecting layer on the conductive layer, to remove the conductive layer which is not covered by the sensitization dry film by etching, to remove the sensitization dry film and the shield film, to protect the conductive layer by adhering a protection layer on the second surface of the current-collecting layer, to form a current-collecting plate with a cutting process, to form the current-collecting plate into a wave shape by a press work, and to make a flow channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
