<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having high permeability and workability in combination. <P>SOLUTION: The iron based part of the steel sheet contains, by mass, 1.0 to 5.0% Si, and, in the surface of the steel sheet, the area ratio occupied by the crystal grains with a diameter of the equivalent circle of ≤3 mm is ≤20%, and also, the area ratio occupied by the crystal grains with a diameter of the equivalent circle of ≥20 mm is ≤15%. The surface of the steel sheet does not have a ceramic film, and whose relative permeability at the magnetic flux density of 1.0T and at the frequency of 50 Hz is ≥20,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
