<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and appropriately provide information about a product that a client requires and enables an easy and correct ordering process. <P>SOLUTION: The product purchase supporting system is consists of a product information supply server 2, an automatic drawing server 3, an order processing server 4 and a product information database 1 connected to a network 5 wherein product information is supplied and an order is accepted based on a request from a client terminal 6. The product information supply server 2 retrieves and supplies various pieces of product information in accordance with the request from the client terminal 6. As for specifying a product, based on the product specification information entered from the client terminal 6, a product specification database 11 is retrieved and a call number of a relevant product is extracted from the product specification database 11 and supplied to the client terminal 6 together with price information and a delivery date to the client terminal 6.
