<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work history management system easily used by a worker at a job site, managing work history of the worker and supporting work of the worker. <P>SOLUTION: The work history management system 1 includes: a history management server 10; work management PCs 20; and a worker's portable terminal 30 which can be connected to the work management PCs 20 and used when the worker inputs the work history. In a memory 303 of the worker's portable terminal 30, input guidance information for supporting the worker to input the work history is recorded. When the worker performs an input, the input guidance information is given from a speaker 38.
