<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize diagnostic reading data stored by diagnostic reading requests as a case database without invading the privacy of patients. <P>SOLUTION: The diagnostic reading data management device comprises a server computer 31 and a storage unit 32 and relays the diagnostic reading data (a diagnostic reading image and a diagnostic reading report) transmitted and received between the request origin and request destination of the diagnostic reading request. The storage unit 32 is provided with a diagnostic reading image DB 34 and a diagnostic reading report DB 36, and the diagnostic reading image uploaded from the request origin and the diagnostic reading report uploaded from the request destination are respectively stored. When storing the diagnostic reading data in the storage unit 32, the server computer 31 ciphers personal information included in the diagnostic reading data and performs secrecy processing. The diagnostic reading data for which the personal information is kept secret in such a manner are opened and distributed as case data even to a third party other than persons concerned with the diagnostic reading request (the request origin and the request destination). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
