<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination fixture mounting device to mount LEDs in which a translucent cover outer shell part is installed on the lower face of an illumination fixture mounting device main body, in which the LEDs are installed inside the cover outer shell part of transparency, and in which it is possible that rendering of monochrome to mixed color composed of RGB three primary colors by means that the LEDs have the RGB three primary colors. <P>SOLUTION: This is the illumination fixture mounting device mounting LEDs in which a pair of locking nails 4 detachably engaging with the illumination fixture main body 11 is installed to the illumination fixture mounting device 1 attachable to a sealing rosette fixed at a ceiling so as to freely rise and set and by energizing in a protruding direction, and in which the light translucent cover outer shell 2 is installed at the lower face part of the illumination fixture mounting device 1, and by means that the respective one or a plurality of LEDs 8 having the RGB three primary colors are installed inside the cover outer shell 2, it is made possible that the rendering of the mixed color composed of the monochrome to the RGB primary colors by switching a color selective mode by a remote control transmitter 15.
